Need a rounded workout routine for my whole body.

Hello,

I would like to know what I should do to get a bigger chest, stronger arms, and tone abs. I'm average, not fat, just want to feel better and look better. Does eating healthy have a big part to do with it? I ride bmx in the summer time which tones up my arms. And when I used to do push ups at night I would do like two sets of 40. I want to feel better and look better, but I don't have any equiptment. So should I buy some or would I be set with push ups, jogging, and crunches? I'm about 150lbs, 15 years old Thanks in advance.
 
1, that isn't full-body, where are the legs, back, and shoulders? You will need equipment however is easiest for you with all that you need. Eating is more than half the battle - you'll need to get your diet down. For a routine, have a look at T-Nation Full-Body Training, good stuff.
