I think ive hit a plateau in my current workout and was looking to change it up. Currently I have it as:
Mon - Chest/tri
Wed - Legs/abs
Fri - Back/Bi/Shoulders
Weekend - Soccer or other cardio
I'm thinking of trying a full body workout. I've never tried one before and was unsure of a decent routine. Any suggestions?
