need a new workout

I think ive hit a plateau in my current workout and was looking to change it up. Currently I have it as:

Mon - Chest/tri
Wed - Legs/abs
Fri - Back/Bi/Shoulders
Weekend - Soccer or other cardio

I'm thinking of trying a full body workout. I've never tried one before and was unsure of a decent routine. Any suggestions?

Yeah...I'd be nice if you could specify everything you're doing. Because quite frankly, no one, reading that post, would know what your PLATEAU is.

I just want suggestions for a full body workout, dont need to know the plateau.
 
Nobody is right. You need to state all your stats if you want help. If you don't have a stedy routine thats your problem, take some time to organize it, and your diet. Your diet is probably the biggest problem.

deadlift
bench-press
pulldow or chins
dips
bentover rows or low pulley rows
military press
squats
EAT
do that 3 times a week m,w,f,
do 2 sets of 15s for 3wks
increase weight
do 3 sets of 10s for 3wks
increase weight
do 4 or 5 sets of 5s for 3wks
drop the weight right down for a wk (deload)
and start again.
