Need a new workout plan.

Ok my old workout plan has been used about almost 2 months now and it's startign to do pretty much about NOTHING. my muscles are really strong but it's gotten used to the workout plan and all i feel is my muscles doing their thang but i don't feel the "burn" in which my muscles actually feel like they've been worked out.

Ok so can anyone provide me with a new workout plan planning website? I would like to increase the # of days i workout my back, chest and abs.

right now i do:
Chest & Triceps + 5k run on monday
Thighs on Tuesday
Rest on wednesday
Back & Biceps + 5k run on Thrusday
Calves, Shoulders & abs on Friday
Rest on Saturday
Swimming on SUnday.

Ok i would like to keep swimming on sunday, but i would like different workout days! Any suggestions are appreciated
 
Do an Upper/Lower split, with abs on leg day. That'll increase your frequency a good amount.
 
Or a full body.

Wow, I think this is one of the few posts you aren't bragging about being jacked or so pumped or having amazing abs.
