need a little advice

So as you can tell im new to the site, but have been looking as a guest for some time and have found so much useful information. A year and a half ago i weighed 275 lbs, and thank god i dont have a picture from back then to compare to let me tell ya. the top pic here was taken in January, and ive been "cutting" since then. Im down to 195 today, and basically want to get some advice i was thinking about cutting to 180 and then bulk, but i have a pretty large frame (6'2"). I want to end up around 190-195 after bulking, so what should i do next? that seems to be the million dollar question on this forum, cut or bulk? I do abwork regularly, and am hoping like every other schmuck to get as close to a six pack as possible. Does anyone know at what BF% the obliques start to show up? i have a scale that measures BF and it put me at 16.8 today, does this seem right? any advice would be greatly appreciated, Mike

What does your workout routine look like? If your not currently doing a full body routine then I suggest starting that now, as a newbie you'll be able to continue losing the last few pounds and start gaining muscle (lucky bugger). I don't think you'll need to go down all the way to 180 as you're already pretty lean now, just lacking muscle.
