I am a 20 year old male. I'm around 5'8 but only 130 pounds, I've been in sports my entire life and have always been in shape. My legs and abs are satisfactory for me but of course will improve them if a good workout plan includes it. The thing I'm looking for right now is arms and chest. My arms have always been weak and I haven't been able to lift that much and I would like to change that.
I tried the P90X and it was working great, however after two weeks or so, I just couldn't find the time to do it and kind of just stopped. I'm looking for something I can do at home, no going to the gym please. I also don't really like bench press and other traditional stuff. I enjoyed the P90X style of using very little weights and finding other ways to improve yourself. I wouldn't mind something every day as long as it only took 15-20 minutes.
So basically, I'm looking for a 15-20 minutes workout I can do every day that will improve my arm strength. Open to any ideas, thank you.
