Hey guys.
Last summer I ran cross country and around late august I tore my outer tibia tendon. I wasn't able to run or do anything with my legs for a while but during that time I decided to start lifting weights. I've been lifting regularly since then. I'm 18 and 5'10" and I went from 130lb then to 150lb now. Of course, thats not all muscle. My %BF is about 14-15% and I am looking to get it down around 10% which is a signifigant cut. I'm willing to work extremely hard and I want to get my fat down as fast as possible. I understand I'll lose some of the muscle I gained but I can get that back.
Now whats the fastest way to do this and still be healthy? I want to lose the most fat possible in a span of about 2 months. I figure I can run about 8 miles a day since schools about over and I can lift. How much running/cardio should I be doing to reach this goal? And how much should I be dieting? btw I drink a protein shake everyday regardless.
