neck pain in shoulder press

when im doin either a barbell press for the shoulders where u go straight up, or doing that with dumbbells my neck starts to hurt on the way up, right in the back of my neck...am i using too much weight or doing it wrong? i only use 25 pounds on the dumbbells and 50 on the barbell...
 
get it looked at and have a full postural assesment and stop them in the meantime
 
u should remember to also stretch your neck after such workouts and before is important! =]

and yes, get it checked out

neckpain is bad. i had a neck strain a few months ago, woke up. hurt like freck!
