nearly at my target

not sure if this post should be in this forum .. but thought id shove it in here as it is weight loss i am talkin about


am a bit excited as i weighd myself today on the way out of the gym and i am only 2 pounds over what i originaly set out to lose.

have lost 8-9 stubborn pounds in 9 weeks.. trust me its been hard and boy did i have a few slip ups with the old cakes.

now i am nearly at my goal though, i have kinda decided that i still want to lose a little more fat n gain more muscle still. so will prob end up putting a little weight back on soon.

i am gonna celebrate this weekend and slap on the fake tan n wear something teeny on a night out .. wooooopeeeeee!!!!!!!! :beerchug:
 
Congrats!

What I'd recommend once you're there is kind of what you already stated. Do a series of mini-bulks and mini-cuts (maybe 5 lbs at a time) and slowly work your way to super lean. Otherwise you may get bored simply maintaining.... Or maybe take up an athletic endeavor and work on performance.

when u say series of "mini" bulks/cuts... how long would each one last??
also i think i would find cutting hard as i do like the odd treat n glass of wine here n there, but would like to give it a shot.
any good sites/links for me to swat up a abit on doing this??

i know the basics of how bulking and cutting is done...
but........... would liek some more in depth info that'l help me so would like some links to any good sites with more info
 
cor loads to read on that site... was more interested in the pics of half naked women though to be honest ha ha.

i have jsut added a couple of pictures in the photo gallery, please feel free to give any advice on what you think i can do to tone up even more

i didnt have time to be eating 5-6 meals a day so ate 4 times

8am - midday - 4.30 - 8.30

eating as clean as i could but with the odd little treat here n there
no carbs at all in the last meal of the day and very little in the 4.30 if i wasnt exersising after that.

4-6 days cardio a week... running, cycling, spinning class, aerobics.. or if i couldnt make it to the gym i'd do a workout dvd at home.

2 weights sessions a week.. 1 upper body, 1 lower body
