I've been trying to lose weight for so long and my weights alwasy going up and down but just now i'm back up at 149, 150 is the heaviest i've ever been so thats pretty bad, and I'm only 5'2. I've been back to eating health since thursday and for the first time in a long time I'm finding it really easy.
I think it's because i've not been too strict on myself i've just been making sure I don't snack to much or eat too large portions. I've also been trying to get out and about as much as possible and go to the gym as much as I can.
I'm starting uni again in august to do a postgraduate primary teaching course. I'm quite shy and being slim helps my confidence a lot so I think it'll help me in learning to teach if i'm slimmer. Thats my goal really to be at a weight I feel happy for going to uni. My ultimate goal is 121 pounds but even to be at 130 by then would make me happy really
I've not enjoyed lots of thigns for a long time like nights out and going out for drinks and things because i just feel like none of my clothes fit me, I used to live in skinny jeans but they make me too hippy now and i dont suit anything baggy so I have to wear leggings a lot which I get bored with. Even when i'm about 140 pounds I feel ok in my jeans so to lose the 9 pounds would be amazing.
Hopefully I can do it this time, I'm going to try my best anyway
