Well done on the loss so far! I feel you on the overly full feeling (I love a good munch!) Tend to find lots of veggies aid it but still go down very quickly.
Ouch! Hunger turns me into a monster sometimes too. It's not good. I used to be much worse when I had raging hormones.Edit: I forgot to mention, the nausea and head aches have disappeared; but in turn I am turning into a raging monster if I go just an hour past dinner time. I just snapped and went off at my girlfriend for 10 minutes, calling her inconsiderate and mean and horrible, because she had the audacity to a) not having cleaned up after herself when I came to make dinner and b) asking for a bowl.... So yeah, I yelled at her, and then I started crying on the floor in the bedroom, until I had gotten it all out and could finally get back to making me some food, lol. Like a maniac ...
That is really good. Well done! Halfway there!!!Which means I finally can cross off the first 10 kg! Not that I feel it's much, considering I've been working at weight loss for 3 months now, but it's still halfway there and fairly well done considering I've not been able to exercise much in any decent way.
