I'm not sure if you are watching your calorie intake as much as you should be. Bacon has like 250 calories per 2 slices... and its mostly fat.
I just became a vegetarian (i only eat fish) for health purposes. Meat is too high in saturated fat. On top of that, I just started eating salad for at least one of my meals everyday. It is helping a lot. And the great thing with salad is you can have as much as you want and its ok. Just watch that you get a light dressing.
But yea, make sure you watch those calories a little closer.. Some of the foods you are saying that you ate dont sound like they are very low in calories. Start looking at the calories on everything before you eat it. Before you know it, you will be able to recite calories in all the food you eat without having to look at anything.
Stay motivated and dont make any excuses. Work your day around your workout not your workout around your day. Sometimes sacrifices need to be made but in the end it will be worth it!!
 
i check all my calories on fitday, i dnt know whether it depends what bacon u buy but the bacon i have has calories on it and its about 100 a slice.

I was a vegetarian for about 6 years but i foudn that I ate too much carbs and not enough fish, and carbs don't agree with me. I still dont often get as much protein in my diet as i'd like because i'm used to eating a diet without enough in it.

I like the salad idea :) i hate salad dressign anyway :p so it would b easy for me to avoid, maybe a spoonfull of low cal mayo.

I'm goign to start doing my excercise videos again, that was mainly why i lost weight last year, I hardly had to worry about my diet, if i diet a little bit more i should lose more weight than i did, it didn't take that long either, I lost most of the weight within a really short time, then i sort of maintained for ages becasue i got out of the way of it. I';ve got a wee bit more to lose this time to even get to that point plus i plan on more so it should take longer.

I've got a mini goal thats very motivating. :) it's my friends leaving nite for going away for a while in 10 days, and everyone i work with anmd used to work with will be there, so i'm going ot excercise every day till then, I think I could make quite a difference to how I look even if i don't lose masses of weight. I always look better quickly becasue my stomach gets flatter quick and my face.
 
You can do it!!! A lot of times I think things are mental too. If you work out and do well for 10 days straight you are going to feel awesome and feel thinner :)

I'm four pounds lighter than i was a few weeks ago :) i'm 146 now, which is still too high but at least its less than I was. :D
 
I'm going to make a list of goal weights and see if I can stick to them, if I can i'll be skinny for the holiday i'm booking in september :p

I did my excercise video today, feel good now. I've drank loads and loads of water as well.

I had slim fast for my breakfast and a chinese meal thing for my dinner. The only slip ups I had was some crisps and a wee meringue thing but the meringues really low cal and the crips are like 120, but they are high fat :S

I had an apple and raisins for a snack as well.
 
I ended up havign two slices of toast last nite, but i'd been working all nite and i was really hungry and my bf was eating noodles, and I was so tempted that I had toast to stop me eating the noodles :p

I'm 145 pounds today :D :D :D I know it's mostly water weight but I feel less bloated. Plus i've taken my periods today which means hopefully i'll lose some bloating from that and I should look better :)

I'm feeling so motivated, I've been taking vitamins too and drinking lots of water and I feel really good.

I love having a job where i walk about all the time because even if I really can't face excercise I know I've done somthing to work out a little bit.

My sister said today she thought I looked thinner which was good :)
My bf said that he had noticed i'd put on weight before when I asked him (i slapped him for it :p) but that I was back to normal now which is good. I knew I'd lose the extra weight really quickly, I always do, down to about 134 pounds I can seem to lsoe it, then my body seems to cling to it, but I'm going to do it this time :)

I'm going to make sure I realise that i'm thin this time :p At about 134 or 133 pounds last year I was really quite thin looking when i see pictures but i didn't know it, this year i'm just going to make myself know :p

I jumped on the scale today and I was 1 lb up... I give up on that stupid thing... gotta get out of the 'scale mentality' that I have recently gotten into!

Good to see you so motivated :)
 
:) my weight wasn't down today, I did feel thinner, till I went shopping with my skinny sister, and had to see myself in the mirrors everywhere, I felt really horrible. My sister felt as bad cause she's too skinny just now though.

I wasn't so good today wiht my eating, I had slim fast for breakfast. My sister treated me to lunch though, I had a small bowl of soup, but a largeish plate of macaronie and chips and a small bowl of icecream.

After work I was starving and my mum had made a curry so i had some of that, not too much though. And I had a mini pepperoni and another half of one.

:S I'm going to do my excercise video though which should help.

I really want to look better for this nite out nxt friday. Hopefully another week of excercising will make me look better. Everyone form my work is going and it'll be really good. Plus I have no clothes, so if i'm stuck wearing a black top and jeans I want to look good in them :p
 
Saturday started off really good. I was in work and I don't often owrk a saturday but wehn i do i'm walking about double the amount of time I usually am. So i had pretty good excercise doing taht. I had cereal for breakfast and a baked potato with no butter and some cottage cheese for my dinner. I would have been really good, but then my friend asked me to go to a party, and I drank about a bottle and a bit of wine :S so many cals!!! plus I was far too drunk and I hate being like that around people I dont' know well.

Yesterday I wasn't good at all becasue I was slightly hungover I had a bottle of lucozade, a hotdog and chips, a cheese sandwich some spaghetti and tomato sauce and a mini pepperoni :S

Today foodwise i've been ok, a cheese sandwich and a salad, but not healthyish salad. I had chips with it and some bread, apart from that it was good.


I'm planning on excercising soon after a nap cause i'm shattered, lol.
 
I've lost another pound :D i'm now 143 :D

I don't think i look much thinner except my cheekbones. But it just feels better :p

Yesterday I had a peach, and a bratwurst hot dog, with a quarter of a glass of strawberry beer ( I was at the beer hall, I had to :p )
For dinner I had a chicken and sweet onion Subway, I had cheese on it though, but still not terrible, and a chocolate milkshake, cause I always feel like I need Calcium.

I'm just trying to get myself motivated to go to the gym.
 
Strawberry beer eh?? sounds interesting. I don't really like beer, but that beer sounds like it might actually taste good!

And congrats on another pound :)
That calls for some celebrating!! woohooo!!:party:
 
:) I don't really drink beer, but it was lovely, tastes just like strawberries. :D yeah i'm so excited about the other pound :D
 
I've had a bit of a bad weekend, got too drunk on saturday, hungover yesterday, so I started cravign crisps and bad things, ended up getting a mcdonalds after work, to ease the suffering lol.

Today i'm ok, theres no food in my house to snack on anyway :p except for dinner theres nothing.

Tomorrow i'm starting a detox thing which should hopefully work a bit.
 
I';ve got this detox plan thing where i eat fruit the first day, then veg, then fruit and veg, then bananas and soup, then beef and tomatoes , then beef and all veg then brown rice and fruit :p it's meant to be really good, i know most of the weight lost on these things is water but tis' a wee boost :D
 
That is the sacred heart soup diet!! I've done that before.. the first time I found it tough, but the second time it was fairly easy to follow. It's the first three days that are the toughest. It's not too bad though... not something I'd consider doing for anything more than a detox. I didn't lose NEARLY as much weight on it as the diet says either.

Good luck with that, I'll be checkin in to see how it works for you. :D
 
Thanks :) i'm finding it easy so far lol, r u supposed to have the special soup stuff everyday, it says that at the top, but ti makes the point that u eat the soup on the fourth day and the other days it says only veg or fruit or whatever :S
 
I started taht today anyway, it says its better if u have only watermelon the first day but for some reason i cant find one in the shops lol, so i had some melon, mango and an apple.

I've been to the gym as well, they did my monthly measurements, i'm 143 pounds which i knew, i've put inches on in my chest, lol probably the pill but everywhere else i've lost. Actually she said i'd gained in my waist, but where she measured was much higher than the last woman, and not round my waist line so i'm going to measure it myself because it feels smaller to me.
 
Yes you are supposed to eat the soup everyday. It says, the more soup you eat, the more you will lose.
