I'm Naomi, 20 years old and new to weight loss. I recently gained 20 pounds in 2 months and I'm determined to take it off.
I'm trying to lose 14 pounds by April 14th - 3 lbs a week.
I'm going to keep going to the gym every day and up my cardio to an hour and a half - 600 calories. I won't step foot in McDonald's, and I'll avoid bakery stands at all costs. If cut out the sweets for just 5 weeks, I'm pretty sure I can reach my goal.
Today I ate a bagel and cream cheese, a gigantic snickerdoodle cookie (bakery stand!), and a veggie burger with mayo and ketchup. Overall, not too bad.
