mmm..my first entry, I chose the worst time ever but since I'm bored this should keep me busy AWAY from the kitchen! I've been sick for the past two days which wasn't helping at all with my workout plans but look at the bright side I did lose weight though!
I've been feeling kind of low too..I really miss my friends and I haven't been going out alot lately becoz of those sucky college assignments not to mention my graduation project..I'm really down and that's the last thing I need now..it's hard enough trying to stick to my 'new' lifestyle but now that I'm down I'm really afraid I'll end up taking it all out on food! but I think I can do it, I think now that I've read many many articles on weight loss and eating disorders I can keep myself from falling into one of those tricks my mind plays on my body...
No more emotional eating...
