Breakfast: 4 tacos w/grilled beef, cilantro, onions, jalapeños - 521 calories

Lunch: beef w/ broccoli stir fry - 210 calories = so far intake is 731 calories for today.

ow ow ow ow ow ow!!!

I done hurt-ed muhself. I did some serious damage to my left calf and walking is a bit of an issue. I don't even know how I did it or when.

Breakfast - Tuna Sandwich with one serving of chips - 220

Lunch - Bertolli Grilled beef w/ pasta and fresh spinach - 420 1 slice bread 70 = 490

Snack - Small bag Crunch 'n Munch - 120 calories + intake for the day = 610

Dinner - chef salad w/ 2 TBS Ranch 765 calories and one Clementine 35 calories

Total for the day = 1,410 Yay!!!!

Weekend disaster

Nothing much to report. Had a bad stomach virus so food was not part of the weekend equation. Still a little queasy today. :(

I've been locked up in training since Monday and wasn't able to access the internet. I have been soooo good! :) I can't believe how well this is working. So far (are you ready for this?) I've lost 10 lbs. 90 lbs. and 8 inches of hair to go! :p

Breakfast - 2 flour tortillas and a cup of red chili 380 calories

Cappucino - 246 calories

Oh wow, what are water pills?


they remove excess water from the system. I have some but mine are for like rapid water loss. more like if you have a bodybuilding comp. and you need your muscles to shred the skin. I don't use them, i just kinda have a sponsor that gives me random items

Breakfast: Small bag Crunch 'n Munch 130 calories
Trail's Best Beef & Cheese stick 120 calories = 250 calories total for breakfast.

Small Chicken fillet (breaded) 146 calories 1 lg roll - 120 - 2 cups milk - 200 = 466 calories total for lunch.

Dinner: Bertolli's Frozen meals 1/4 serving 4 cheese pasta 98 calories - 1/4 serving penne pasta with shrimp and asparagus 80 calories - garlic bread 1 slice 95 calories - 2 cups milk 200 calories = 473 calories

total for the day = 1,189 calories

Drinking several bottles of water a day (same bottle, my carbon footprint doesn't need to get any bigger) 20 oz bottle.

Breakfast: 1 taco w/ baked taco shell 162 calories - pico de gallo 20 calories = 182 calories

snack 1 banana 150 calories

Lunch: Cheeseburger (bread, meat and cheese only) 300 calories - 2 cups milk 200 calories = 500

total so far: 832 calories

Sorry about the drool :( Thanks for the congrats. I am so excited about. I keep thinking about all the things I'll be able to do once I'm healthy and fit. :D
 
4-27-09 Calorie Count and Weekend Recap

The weekend turned out to be pretty successful. I get worried over the weekend because that's my cheat time. I deal with a lot of stress at home and I tend to eat to counter the stress. I kept myself busy with spring cleaning and various sundry tasks that took my mind off food. The weekend is also the time when temptation rears it's ugly head. Usually in the form of relatives. I love my family but we tend to show our love with food. Someone is always baking or cooking something to bring over for you to "try out." Ninety percent of the time it's something high in fat and calories. I steered around those obstacles with fruit medleys, vegetable cornucopias, and gallons of water. Grrr, I'm fierce!!!!

Breakfast: 2 pieces of wheat toast with 1 tsp jam covering both pieces 175 calories

Lunch: Shrimp primavera w/ vegetables - 490

snack 1: 1 regular banana - 108 calories

Dinner: Bertolli's Rigatoni w/ italian sausage - 495 side salad w/ balsamic breeze spritzer 50 calories total for the day 1,318.

Breakfast: 1 Gi-HUGE-ic orange - 86 calories

snack: 1 small bag of trail mix 290 calories
