i didnt make it yesterday.. didnt get out of class until almost 9 and was beat. it would have been no good, so i traded it for a good nights sleep. my leg seems to have healed (i think) so I may get back to leg work on thursday.
back and bi's today... have a test and 2 papers to write that i will probably work on tomorrow, but may go do some cardio.
really though, i've just been lazy. i record it in my notebook but havent been typing it up. working 2 jobs, going to school and keeping up with my wo is enough lol
ill try to take some next week although there hasnt been much progress since it took me so long to decide whether to bulk or cut. i decided it would be easier to bulk in the winter and then start my cut in the spring or sooner depending on how the bulk goes.
part of my problem is that i dont have specific goals.. or totally awesome training partners like goergen.
grr.. so i have to go to sioux city, iowa wed - fri for work... then i have to do all the social hoop-la in the evenings. no working out for me. i guess if i'm back in my room early enough, i can check out the hotel gym which will probably have a treadmil, bike, and a tv or something
