I'm in.  Its Jan. third today, perfect timing!!!
I am in, its before the fifth.  I need this desperately! I haven't done a challenge since October, and I have gained... 
Thanks for the inventive challenge... here goes something!
January 3:    292.2 pounds.
January 10:  293.8  (+ 1.8 pounds) (I was 295, went back down) 
January 17:  291.4   (Whoot whoot!!! A loss, a big loss!!)
January 24:  285.6   (prob. flucuate between 285.6 and 286.6, because this is my first morning weight in being 285.6, so I am prepared mentally for the and and down that will take place, before it is definitely the lower number. My new goal for VDAY is 284.6, maybe I will be able to do it. lol )
February 1:   284.8  (saawweeettt! I was just figuring on getting down to 285 by VDay,  I twas wrong! Whoot whoot!!)
February 7:  283.4  (been this weigh in two consecutive days! yea!! lets hope for another pound by VDAY! 

February 14: 283.2 (Well I love about nine pounds, not bad!  Now I just need to get motivated for more losses)!!!
