Sorry I missed updating yesterday. My internet is still messing up.

What I ate/ Rough Calories (Yesterday)
Breakfast: Bagel w/ light Cream Cheese 350
Lunch: Michelina Pasta 290
Supper: 2 Bagels w/ Light Cream Cheese 700
Dessert: Strawberry Pie 250

Total Calories: 1590
 
Bah! I have been having a bad few days. With company down and horse shows and parties it's been a little hard to be eating well. But I am trying to get right back at it. It will be easier now that I will be back to a more normal work schedule but I still have to make sure I am aware of myself and pull myself off this road and back to the better eating one!
My internet is now working better again so it will be easier to keep updating!

I did much better today except for having a bit more frozen yogurt at the end of the day than I should have. I could have some just not as much as I had.

What I Ate/ Rough Calories

Snack: 7 Almonds 70
Lunch: Michelina Pasta 290
Supper: Bagel w/ light cream cheese 350 Bagel w/ Peanut butter 400
Snack: Frozen Yogurt 250

Total Calories: 1710
 
Oh and also, on Thursday when I weighed in I stayed the same weight, 145.
I expect to gain or stay even again this Thursday.
 
Weigh-in is tomorrow and again I didn't eat the way I should have today. I do great until the evening and it's not like I sit around all evening. I get home at 5 and am out the door at 6 and get back home at 9.

Total Calories: 1975 eep, not good!
 
Arg! I just keep messing up the end of my day! I mean to only have one bagel and I end up having 2, then I mean to not have any desert and I have MORE desert.
I weighed in yesterday and was 0.4 pounds up from last week. Not a big increase but deffinately in the wrong direction!
My total calories today were 1875
 
Alright I am back.
I got home from vacation a week ago and was 14 pounds heavier than my lowest weight since I started losing weight so I decided to get with it. I ate well for the entire week and I am down 7 pounds. Now before anyone gets their panties in a twist I "gained" 4 pounds while on the holiday so I think the majority of the weight I 'lost' was just water weight. I was eating about 1600 calories a day.
So now I am 7 pounds (technically 6.6 pounds) away from my lowest weight and 24.4 pounds away from my final goal weight.

My Starting Weight in Nov, 07: 168 lbs
My Current Weight: 145 lbs (Down 4.6)
My First Mini Goal: 155 lbs by January 31 *ACCOMPLISHED*
My Second Mini Goal: 148 (my half way mark) by March 19 *ACCOMPLISHED*
My Third Mini Goal: 143 lbs by April 9 *Not Accomplished
My Fourth Mini Goal: 150 by August 27 *ACCOMPLISHED*
My Fifth Mini Goal: 145 by September 25 *Accomplished August 27*
My Sixth Mini Goal: 140 by September 25 *Not Accomplished
My Seventh Mini Goal: 145 by December 3rd
My Ultimate Goal: 128 (Lose 40 Pounds then see if I need to lose more or not)

Good day today. I had a small ham and cheese muffin above what I should have had but it was fresh baked! Couldn't help it. Normally I would have had atleast 3!
 
I weigh in tomorrow (I weighed in on Sunday since that was a week after getting back from vacation but I prefer my weigh in days to be on thursdays..before the weekend haha)
I have to remind myself that it has only been 4 days so to not be shocked when I don't lose a ton. It's gonna be hard though as I really want to lose a big number (not near as big as last week but at least 2 would be nice!
Had a good day today so we will see.
 
WAH! So my scale said this morning that I had gained 0.8 pounds!! Oh well, I really shouldn't have expected much after losing 7 pounds last week. I would really like to try to eat healthier rather than just within my calorie limit but it is hard for me since I am SUCH a picky eater!
 
Today was my first bad day. I only had to work a half day and my horses got the day off so I had nothing really to do. I bought some white chocolate chips so I could 'ice' some dog treats to give away at my grooming shop for christmas (white chocolate is not bad for dogs) but instead I ended up eating most of it. I then topped it off with 12 cottage cheese perogies and gravy!!! So good but YECH!! Luckily this is the day after way in so I have 6 more days to pull it together before the next weigh in!
 
Had a bad weekend. But I am gonna try and pull myself back out of it! It is much easier while working b/c I just don't have time to eat or think about eating so much.
 
Had an EXTREMELY stressful day today. Not that the day itself was stressful but a lot of stress from the past few weeks had added up and hit me hard today so I ended up crying on and off throughout the day. With that came the emotional eating. But after watching the Victoria Secret Fashion Show I am inspired again haha.
 
So after that extremely stressful day the bad eating set off a rash of bad eating for a few days. But I just got news that my older brother has lost 30 pounds! If he can do it then I can do it so I am back on track (and oddly enough I lost a couple pounds during this last week even though I wasn't eating good) and going strong. I want to get down to 148 by the time we leave for vacation at the end of December. It will be hard during the holidays but I will just say no to the sweets and goodies and keep watching what I eat!
 
Had a good day yesterday. I still want to add in more veggies and fruit but I am being a bit more conscious of it now.
 
Very Very tired today. My horse was a crazy idiot (even though I rode him for an hour yesterday) so I worked him crazy again today. But man I am just exhausted! I got home at 8 and have mostly been lying down and dozing on and off for the whole evening. I am gonna go to bed real soon to hopefully have energy for tomorrow. I sleep a decent amount 7-8 hours a night so I do get enough sleep. I think I need to take a multi vitamin and get a few more fruits and veggies in (that really is my downfall, well that and I am uber picky eater)
