Alright, so I fell off the wagon a bit in the past few months, but I am back again!
I did gain a bit, I am now at about 154, so I gained about 9 pounds back, which sucks but I am still down 14 pounds from my original.
Sad part is is that I can't fit into one of the pairs of pants I bought a few months back, so I have certainly gained inches.
When I go out though I seem to have found a new confidence. I get excited and must always be dressed up in very fancy beautiful clothes with my hair and make up all done.
I still sometimes look in the mirror and see things I of course don't want to see but when I dress up I feel pretty good.
So I am going to try to start getting up early and going for runs in the morning. Then when my mom gets back from vacation hopefully start hitting the gym. I didn't eat AS well as I would have liked today, but I did make an effort to.
I will post a quick picture of me from a couple days ago dressed up for a night out.
 
So I think I will go ahead and set up a mini goal. I am not totally sure of my exact weight right now (will check that in the morning) But I am guessing it's 154ish.

My Starting Weight in Nov, 07: 168 lbs
My Current Weight: 154 lbs (Up 9 pounds)
My First Mini Goal: 155 lbs by January 31 *ACCOMPLISHED*
My Second Mini Goal: 148 (my half way mark) by March 19 *ACCOMPLISHED*
My Third Mini Goal: 143 lbs by April 9 *Not Accomplished
My Fourth Mini Goal: 150 by August 27
My Ultimate Goal: 128 (Lose 40 Pounds then see if I need to lose more or not)

Wanted to add that I just made up my new ticker and I looked at the 26 pounds I have left to go and immediately thought "that's it? well I can do that!" So I think I am off to a good start with positive thinking!

So it was pouring rain this morning so I was bad a didn't run but so far I have been eating well today! Gotta keep it up!
 
So I am happy with myself today! Even though I did not run I ate within my calorie range.
I wish I didn't have as many bagels but for supper I was only home at 8:30 so didn't have time to make much and didn't eat as much as I wanted to during the day so one just wasn't enough but I wish I had had one and a half not 2. I don't keep exact 'score' but my guess on calories would be

Bagel w/ butter 350 calories
Grapes 50 Calories
Michelina's Pasta 350 Calories
Bagel w/ butter and cheese 400 calories
Bagel w/ Peanut butter 400 Calories

So total calories are 1550.
I didn't drink ANY sugary drinks, only water. Usually ice tea is a BIG down fall of mine cause after a hard days work (specially if it's hot out) I almost feel like I NEED that sugary cold drink to re-energize. That will be hard to give up!

Oh and I forgot to weigh this morning so will try to remember tomorrow!
 
Yay! I weighed myself this morning and I only weigh 153! I am tempted to change my mini goal to be down more weight,but instead I think I am just gonna try to blow my mini goal out of the water.
 
I am very happy with myself today! I ate well AND went for a run! I did 30 mins of 4 minute run/one minute walk intervals. I am already 'sore' and could hardly make it down the stairs!

What did I eat. I ate
Breakfast: Whole Wheat Bagel w/ butter
Snack: Grapes
Lunch: Michelina Pasta
Supper: 2 pita pizzas
Snack: Grapes

It may not be the healthiest range of foods in the world, but I am a horridly picky eater and if I have to eat foods that taste gross I probably wouldn't stick with it.
 
I did great eating wise again today. I am stiff as HECK though from running so though I have kept myself moving I did not go running again today. I did ride which is exercise but it isn't like a long run or a hard time in the gym.

I ate
Breakfast: Whole wheat bagel w/ butter 350
Snack: Grapes 50
Lunch: Michelina Pasta 350
Snack: Granola Bar 110
Supper: Potstickers 450

Total Calories 1310
It seems a bit low but I am sure I am underestimating some of my foods. I am probably closer to the mid 1400 I would guess. It seems like I am eating enough. I mean I try to have 2 snacks a day and 3 meals and a bagel is a normal breakfast and the potstickers were a normal sized dinner. The Michelina's isn't even the weight watching kind.
I think maybe my grape snack is too small, maybe I should have grapes then a few almonds or something.
Still trying to drink lots of water.
 
Had another great day!
I didn't have time in the morning to have a snack, so I tried to add some grapes onto my lunch but they were not very good so I didn't have many. To add some calories I had a gatorade in the evening.

Rough calories of what I ate today were
Breakfast: Whole Wheat Bagel w/ Butter 350
Lunch: Michelina Pasta 290 and Grapes 50
Snack: Granola Bar 110
Supper: 2 Pita Pizzas 600
Snack: Gatorade 150

Total Calories 1550

I also went for a half hour run. Since I was still stiff from my last run I did 3 min run/one min walk intervals. I like this better as I could run faster and not feel like I was dying. I Sprinted the last bit as well.

Today was an interesting day. Though it was Saturday I was out of my house from 9:30am until 6pm. I should have thought my day through and brought a snack or lunch along but I just wasn't that organized. Bad thing was that I had a slice of pizza and probably 2 cups of coke as that is what was provided. THe good news is that that entire time I was out of my house was a physically active time. I had a riding lesson on my horse then spent 4-5 hours painting horse jumps which not only means moving around and bending and such but also lifting heavy poles and jumps around.
I do still plan on going for a run (gonna see if my bro's girlfriend will come too).

What I ate/Rough Calories
Breakfast: Whole Wheat Bagel w/ butter (notice a trend here, haha) 350
Lunch: 1 slice pizza, 2 cups coke. Gonna put this at 600
Supper: 2 Pita Pizzas 600

Total Calories 1550
 
Just wanted to let you know that I DID go for that run, by myself though.
30 mins of 3min run/one min walk intervals. Sprinting the last minute (while dragging my 65 pound doberman since he decided he was too tired to run any further)
 
Today was the hardest day eating wise because I had nothing really to keep me busy. I didn't have to ride my horse and my family was away. Sitting around makes you bored and being bored makes you want to eat, but I did pretty well anyways. Not AS good as the other days but right at my calorie limit (don't really actually have a set limit but I didn't think I should eat anymore)

What I ate/Rough Calories
Breakfast: Bagel w/ Peanut Butter 400
Snack: Granola Bar 110
Lunch: Soup 290
Snack: 2 eggs (I was really hungry!) 150
Supper: Cheese Macaroni 700

Total Calories: 1650

I did my 30 minute run plus went rollerblading today.
 
Had another good day today, except that I did not go for a run. I did ride my horse and I stuck within my calories for the day. I was very tempted to have some delicious meat that was in the fridge late at night and still probably could have within my calories, but I really thought and asked myself 'Am I actually hungry?' and the answer was no. So I didn't have any!

Snack: 10 Almonds 100
Lunch: Michelina Pasta 290
Snack: 10 Almonds 100
Supper: Bagel w/ Light Cream Cheese 350 and Salt and Vinegar Popcorn 250

Total Calories: 1440
Wow I thought I had been 100 Calories higher than that. IF I had known that I would have eaten a bit more. Oh well, if I feel extra hungry tomorrow I will add the 100 calories onto there.

Doing well so far today. I am nervous as my first weigh-in since starting back up again is tomorrow! I have fairly high expectations and am scared I may not achieve them. I would really like to lose 2 pounds (well really I would like to lose 3 pounds but I am trying to be realistic) but if I don't I will just keep doing what I am doing. Gonna make sure I go for my run tonight and maybe if it's nice out come back and hop in the lake for a swim (cool down AND burn more calories!)
I will update at the end of the day with how I ate and exercised.
 
I did great eating wise today, but I am totally crapping out on my running. I did do a fair amount of walking but that's nothing compared to a run!

Did my weigh-in today and so happy! I lost 2.8 pounds! Nearly made it to my mini goal in one week! I am only 2.2 pounds away from my half way point!

I have had a bit of a cold/tiredness lately, as well as I didn't go to bed when I should have last night which did not help obviously. I did not run, I was ok on calories though maybe 50 over.

What I ate/Rough Calories
Breakfast: Bagel w/ butter 350
Snack: 10 Almonds 100
Lunch: Donair my calorie guess is 600
Supper: Bagel w/ Light Creamcheese 350
Snack: Frozen Yogurt 250

Total Calories: 1650
 
So this weekend wasn't great for eating wise. I had already decided I would allow myself one treat and that treat was going to be a Crave Cupcake which is a cupcake with LOTS of icing. Well first of all on Saturday I took my mom out to breakfast for her b-day. I had a very large crepe stuffed with ham and cheese, and also a rasberry smoothie. But I had so set myself on getting a cupcake that I still wanted one. So I went up to get one but decided I would get one for my mom too since she hadn't had one before. You guessed it, I ate both of them! Then we went out for supper and I had about 6 wings and half of a brownie desert!
Today was deffinately better but still not great. I had a hot chocolate with my breakfast, 2 bagels for lunch plus left over wings and carrots and dip then had a properly portioned supper. I was VERY tempted to have some frozen yogurt in the evening but fought off that urge.
So hopefully I can put myself back on track this next week.
I am pretty sure I can, I also need to get exercising again, that's one of the hardest parts for me due to my laziness.
