Im just going to throw myself straight in to this today!

Current weight- 245lbs
current bmi- 36.10

Ill weigh myself on monday the 30th April!

So what's your weight loss goals? What kind of things are you going to be doing to get to your goals? Are you monitering your eating (the types of foods you eat, counting cals, watching portions?)

Just a few questions to get to know you and your plan better :) Good luck with everything, can't wait to see the weight in on the 30th!

By the way, the pic you posted on that other page didn't work.
