My workout....

hi, I've been going to the gym about three times a week, for the past three months or so.

I my workout is usually the same: I work my whole upper body one day, rest a day, and go back the next day. Also one day i do purely cardio and legs.

apparently this is not good, because i'm seeing absolutely no gains in muscle. I eat three meals a day, and I try to keep it high in protein.

If anyone cann suggest a better workout plan, or anything that may help me out, It'd be greatly appreciated. thx
 
You need to eat more, 5-6 times a day minimum. starting with breakfast. Drink lots of water also. Of course be sure your diet is clean. Good luck
 
Eat at least 6 meals a day and try changing up your routine since it has been 3 months of doing the same thing.
