my workout

its like that.
i am working out 6 times a week 3 days running and 3 days lifting and abs workout.
well the running days are great but my lifting workouts are terrible.
I am doing 90-120 minuts of workout X 3 times a week its killing me.
it got to a point I am not lifting. only running.
well so my problem is this how can I make it less demanding and less then 60 minuts weight exercise.
I dont want to run less days but I can run and lift one day a week.
please help me organize my days like you guys do.
my lifting exercise are:
Dumbbell Squat
Stiff-Legged Dumbbell Deadlift
Dumbbell Shrug
Standing Dumbbell Upright Row
Hammer Curls
Cross Body Hammer Curl
Cuban Press
Standing Palms-In Dumbbell Press
One Arm Supinated Dumbbell Triceps Extension
Dumbbell Bench Press
Incline Dumbbell Press
+ abs workout

please help solve my problem
