Well here is my website i made from a bunch of tips you guys gave me, and that i put in too, it isnt finished yet but it still has some information on it, check it out if you want to... :)
 
You need A LOT more stuff on there...

and your first benching tip is awful, sorry to be blunt
 
You take a lot of supps and you're only 15.. I don't even take that many now. When you hit a plateau later in your lifting life, you'll have nothing to boost you.. I'd suggest backing off some stuff
 
i dont take it every day, creatine only sumtimes, pump tech after really tough workouts and thermopowr rush randomly
 
At 15 you should not be taking any supplement in my opinion, maybe protein, but not creatine or anything else for that matter.

However, if you are taking anything you should be taking it consistently as prescribed, not just randomly.

That tip about benching above your head or whatever it was...I really hope you don't do that unless you want awful form and want to risk getting hurt.
