My workout schedule

Currently I am lifting six days a week for about an hour a day. My routine is

Mon / Wed / Fri

Chest | Back | Tri | Abs

Tue / Thur / Sat

Shoulders | Biceps | Legs | Abs

People say that this is not a good routine and that it is too much to handle, but I am seein gains in strength and body. I am not tired and feel exhausted each day but am ready to go the next. Just curious to what you all have to say
 
i believe this will catch up with you sooner or later. since chest work also involves shoulders, you are really working your shoulders 6 days a week. and since shoulder work does involve your triceps, you are also working your triceps 6 days a week.

IMO, 2-4 days of lifting is plenty. :)
 
Thanks for the info I am working out with a friend right now sorta just jumped into his workout but we have been talkin bout redoin it, I really need to mix cardio into my mix somewhere because my stomach is like a frickin basketball compared to the rest of my body lol
 
an idea is to hit the weight one day followed by abs and cardio the next followed by weights the following day followed by..........
