My Workout Schedule

Monday: Push Ups

Tuesday: Tricep Dips

Wednesday: Chin Ups

Thursday: Sit Ups

Friday: Lower Ab Tucks

Saturday: Thigh/Hip Stand Ups

Sunday: Calf Ups

Everyday: Jog – 30 Minutes


is this any good? and how much of these should I do? also do I need to drink Whey Protein for these to work?
