My workout routine - is it okay?

Does this sound like a viable routine for weight loss? I've just started working out a month ago and was doing three days a week but would now like to add one more day. I am obese and need to lose 30 pounds. Any insight would be great. Thanks!

MON:
Circuit Training: 30 min.
HIIT: 30 minutes

WED:
Circuit Training: 30 min.
HIIT: 30 minutes

THURS:

inner thighs and abs: 15 min.
Elyptical: 30 min.

I can't comment from a personal trainer point of view but from a gym user point of view it looks OK.

Only thing I'd question would be any upper body work- or is that all included in the circuit training? things like core work I'd also question as good posture and good core stregnth can really enhance your exercise. I think 30 mins is good for a circuit class but do you get enough in there? Only suggesting as if you do see anything you feel you don't get to do enough of (eg upper body work or core work) then you could always add that in somewhere.

What goals do you have? and waht are your needs/requirements eg do you love the gym or loathe working out? are you trying to lose weight or maintain fitness levels? are you new to the gym or have you increased/decreased your useage? may be helpful for any real experts out there who can offer you more help then me!

Thanks for the reply!

I am fairly new to the gym. I've always been into sports, like swimming especially, but was never a gym person. I am looking to lose about 30 pounds and then tone. I want to get back into shape. I have never been this big in my life and want to make sure it doesn't happen again.

I do the circuit three days a week which includes upper and lower body. I thought that I needed to avoid doing weights on consecutive days, unless the circuit doesn't really constitute as weight lifting. I plan on adding more core elements as well.
