My Workout Routine – good, bad???

Well I’ve only been doing this a few weeks now (about 5) I’m not sure if it’s to much or doing things on the wrong days? All I know is I’m enjoying the workout… only thing I can think of is that I do feel like I’m hammering my shoulders, but then again that could just be because I’m not used to doing this…

I don’t have access to a gym so all my working out is done at home, I’m not looking to get big or anything just want to tone up some and lose a bit of weight… this could be the wrong way at doing it! I don’t know… any ideas or suggestions are more than welcome :)

What weights do you have access to?

And losing fat is 90% about what you eat, everything else will just help. Although I definitely recommend for you to keep lifting, and incorporate some cardio.

you'll find it hard losing wt using such light exercises...even without equipment you're better doing more workouts such as wed with bodyweight using ladders with runs etc...would be best to incorportae the ligh db moves in with the full body bodyweight movements instead of there own day...be sure to add in some back work to even out chest work

Thanks for the replies :)

The weights I have access to are a barbell and a set of dumbbells, I've x2 10kg (22lb) x2 6kg (13lb) x4 2kg (4lb) and x4 1kg (2lb)
I'm not 100% sure on the lb but that’s the weight I have to play with :)

Not to sure what back exercises to use, but I'll go take a look and see what I can do with the weights that I have... I have a feeling I may need to go buy a few more...

Thanks again for your replies.
