my workout... plz giv feed back

dunno if this is the right place for me to post this but i hope ppl still give feed back
im only 15 so don't wanna do the big weights on the shoulders and squatting and stuff. not for a yr or two anyways

kk now. i eat well, like very well from monday to friday then on weekends i still eat well but i do eat a little more.

Monday-
Morning swim before breakfast, roughly 20 mins, 10-20 laps or so not much
then afternoon (after school) weights :
Chests, triceps, biceps *3x(8-12) reps for all the weights i do*
Chest - Bench press , Incline Benchpress, pec flys with db's, push ups,
Triceps - Tricep extensions with bar, tricep pull downs, dips
Biceps (like working these usually do a little extra)
- seated db curls, concentrated curls, 2x(21's), 7 half way up then 7 from half to full way up, then 7 whole way up,
i work these muscles till they are broken.

tuesday- i hav hockey training after school aswell, (just cardio)
i go gym afternoon - do shoulders, back, and abs
shoulders - seated shoulder press db's, front raises db's, lat raises db's
Back - lat pulldown machine, cable row, chinups (onli like 5)
abs - crunches, leg rasies, side crunches, plus superman things for ure back
again i work till im sore

wednesday- swimming in morning b4 breakfast
i have a boxing class, bit of fun, mainly just a little cardio, then i just
work on my legs afterwards,
leg press machine, hamstring curl machine, leg sled machine and calf raises

thursday- hockey training again (cardio after school)
i do what i have done on monday weights wise,

Friday- swimming in morning b4 breakfast,
i do what i do on tuesday weights wise,

saturday- morning hockey (sometimes go for a run aswell)

sunday- tennnis morning, (mor of a rest day)

and i take protein when i feel like it, sometimes in morning, usually after my work outs, and sometimes b4 sleeping

i try to stay away from carbs at nite aswell. go for lean meat (fish :D) and steamd veggies at nite during the week at least.

sorri so long winded im meant to be doing hw but i thought id ask for advice, do u think this will help me get fitter, and will it work.? i no for bulking i have to eat more good foods, (protein carbs) and for cutting i have to just take out some foods, and stay away from them fully at night.

When do you go to school? English grammar 101 could really help. Sorry for that, I am just being a smart a$$ :D . I myself think you are overdoing it and you are going to burn out. Slow down and seek to become a well rounded person. (not round as in fat)
 
I don't think it's too much, I guess you could cut back one day but it's not necessary.

I don't understand why you don't want to do squats, ?? Explain. There isn't a logical reason not to do them, and you don't have to be doing really heavy weight anyway. You should incorporate deadlifts as well, but be careful and learn correct form.
 
Yes, as AJP said...squat. In fact, I would squat and deadlift 3X8-12 for each one on your leg day. Add in some Bulgarian squats for 2X10-12 each leg. Calf raises and abs throw in at the end as a superset.

I don't like how you're tearing down your biceps then working your back the next day or how you're doing all those triceps and then the next day doing shoulder presses because you're not giving your tri's and bi's time to recover.
