Bad. You're working biceps, forearms and abs only, which is about 10% of your body. Secondly, if you can do 250 crunches in a row, I don't think you're doing them right. Search for some routines on this site that work your entire body.

Why?

But I do agree on it being a horrible workout. At 5'7" and 120 lbs, I highly doubt you ahve any real size on your legs. You're skinny, and that's why you have a 6 pack showing. You need to eat, and worry about hitting the body as a whole, not just your biceps and abs.

It's admittedly an assumption based on the rest of the workout. But if he's going slow up, holding, slow down most people can't roll off 250 of them. 250 sounds more like partial crunches or the ab bench at the gym. If you can hit 250 proper crunches in a row, you probably have a better routine, as well.

i can

i can do 250 crunches in a row easly i started doing crunches at 10 years old and never stoped i have vvery ripped abs and i used to be a runner my leg muscles are huge but what do you guys suppose i do by the way my traps are huge as well because of golf they stick out way more than normal for a guy my size what do you guys suppose i do with a benching bar that gors up to 115 and some dumbells by the way this is how ripped my pecks are for a 5 7 120 pound kid this is good i can rep 5 with 165pounds any suggestions?

can you use punctuation? It's kind of hard to understand what you typed.

your excessive use of run-on sentenses, gloating and self praising confuses me on what your real goal is.

by your descriptions, you describe yourself as hot.
you say your muscles are big already. traps are huge from golf. lol ok. ..
so im guessing your looking for strength?

oh, and i agree with evo. work your whole body
your routine is really......bad

You are right on pat. I want to be very strong, And any help from you guys would really help. My main goal is to get bigger triceps, forearms, and biceps. I am not sure if push ups are the right thing for triceps are they?

I am sorry i sound like i am praising myself, but i am just trying to explain what i look like. I also dont like when a guy tells me that i dought your legs are big when he does not know me. I am not mad at him or anything i am just telling you about me. Sorry for sounding like a stuck up ass.

cheers.
your first steps towards your goals would be to learn about lifting. if you dont know what your doing, dont expect success :D
you should read the stickies in the weight training section along with the nutrition sections stickies.
good luck man!

Well, whether or not your legs are big, you need to work them in terms of squats and deadlifts (including, but not limited to squats and deadlifts that is, lunges, stepups, and such are important as well) It is important to train your whole body when you do weight lifting even if you think some parts of your body are okay without it. A common mistake is to do only curls and crunches, or only curls and bench. Though not necessarily in an aesthetic way, the back muscles are very important.

I suppose since you like to use adjectives such as big and huge and you're 5'7" and 120 lbs, the self-description of your legs being big is relative to whom or what you are comparing them to.
My frame of reference when it comes to huge legs is:

I suppose it's not worth debating though.

If you want to be strong, get some weights. Push ups and the like will only get you so far before you're working on endurance.

However, guys like Ross and Scrapper have gotten strong using other implements

Okay i will add squats into my routin and i am reading the stickies. Now food i do not eat a ton but when i do eat i eat a ton of chicken and steak but i do get in junk food. I understand that junk food is bad but eating a little a week, will that effect me?

Everything you eat will effect you.

Yes well if you were to look at a kid my size and my weight i can say that mine are big not as big as that guy in the picture, lol but they are a little big for my size. I get what the other guy means by just because i think one part doesnt need it doesnt mean i shouldnet work it out.

Define a ton.
If you want to grow, then eat. Eat the junk food. Everything in moderation.
Squats, deadlifts, bench press, Bulgarian squats, chest supported rows, 1 arm db rows, push press, Romanian deadlifts.
