My Work out Program....

Im gonna ask the owner of my gym for a bit of advice about FBWs as hes been in competitions in the past and he might end up saying FBWs will give me optimal results, i dont know. If thats the case ima switch my training routine to FBWs as now im curious to what will giv me the best results :)

Meh, most gym owners are morons. I've got friends who are ginormous and compete. They are morons.

N=1 is a terrible sample population anyhow. Especially a competitor, as many are not natural. Through pharmaceuticals into the mix and the "what's optimal" changes drastically.

Keep pharmaceuticals out of the mix, and you are governed by the rules of adaptation to stress.

Hope you find what you're looking for though. Do whatever floats your boat. Realize though that I (as well as anyone else here) has anything to sell you.... so it's not like we'd hand out poor advice for ****s and giggles.
 
So how much weight should i increase every week and how many weeks should i continue this?
Also; I'm thinking about running Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays... what do you think?
 
continue until it stops working, then change it around abit. add as much weight as you can. If you feel something is too light, then put more weight on the bar. It's that simple.

Someone told me this routine should last me about 8 weeks....
Also, i messed around with the routine a bit and decided to start at 12 reps, then 10, then 8, then 6, then 4. I'm adding weight to each set, about 5-10 pounds.... is this good.
FTW I am already seeing results in a lil over a week! Especially my quads, and arms....
 
ok... I'm thinking I should run or do some cardio on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.... what you think? maybe some quick 5 min run on the treadmill after my workout?
Is my routine going ok.... I'm seeing results... which is good!
