Im gonna ask the owner of my gym for a bit of advice about FBWs as hes been in competitions in the past and he might end up saying FBWs will give me optimal results, i dont know. If thats the case ima switch my training routine to FBWs as now im curious to what will giv me the best results![]()
Meh, most gym owners are morons. I've got friends who are ginormous and compete. They are morons.
N=1 is a terrible sample population anyhow. Especially a competitor, as many are not natural. Through pharmaceuticals into the mix and the "what's optimal" changes drastically.
Keep pharmaceuticals out of the mix, and you are governed by the rules of adaptation to stress.
Hope you find what you're looking for though. Do whatever floats your boat. Realize though that I (as well as anyone else here) has anything to sell you.... so it's not like we'd hand out poor advice for ****s and giggles.
