Um my routine is 5 mins warm up on the recumbant bike usually (sometimes elliptical)
30ish minutes of weights. One day is upper body, one day is lower body, and one day is both. (free weights)
then finish off with 30 mins cardio (usually treadmill, arc, and/or elliptical)
I do that 3 days a week, the other 2 days I do 45 mins cardio.
