I officially started my journey today. I have decided to try to watch my carb intake. I will not follow the Atkins diet to a T but just lower my intake. I have trouble reading those stupid food labels but I do understand the carb part of it better then anything else. I did pretty good all day food wise until dinner time. Ryan & I went to Marcos (Italian) so needless to say The carbs went out the door for dinner. I inputted my dinner into FitDay & to my surprise I still have less then 2000 calories & less then 200 carbs.
I played the Wii Fit for about 30 minutes today. When Ty gets home we will play more, its more fun with him around, we like to try to beat the others scores & he always hooers at me when I make a new high score which makes me want to do it again.
My sister & I have a little compition going on to see who can loose the most. Hopefully come Sep. We will both have lost & in smaller sizes then we are now.
I still need to meassure myself but I weighed in at 155
