My weight loss Story..55 lbs lost....from 235lbs to 180lbs..

Hi Friends,(the unit i used inisde is in kilograms.not lbs.)

The reason why i'm publishing my weight loss story is to just motivate u people and ofcourse myself too...lets get in to the story...

Before I started my Weight loss program which consists of daily exercise and gud diet.
I started on june 11th 2007.Before i used to weigh 107kgs and 44 inches wasit with height 5'6".So u colud imagine how over weight i used to be.I used to hate exercies and love to eat fast foods,biryani watever.At the time of buying clothes u cant even imagine how sad i used to feel.Becos no single readymade size used to fit me.So i used to go for tailored made dresses.Then i started my weight loss program.

Just doing cardio and used to be on a protein diet which is recommended by my doctor.I started this is as my regular habit of doing exercieses and stopped fast foods,biryanis and all.Just used to eat food as on my diet.

I started losing my weight slowly.3-4kgs per month.By december 2007 i lost 22 kgs and 8 inches....i didnt hit a plateau till then....i used to be very healthy and happy becos everyone used to congratulate on my success....ofcourse evn now i'm the happiest person....

Till now its a very happy story,,,

Now the villain comes in the form of plateau.Till febraury 29th from jan1st i didnt even lose 500grams also.i never bunked doing my exercises and ofcourse i changed my physical activity in to aerobics.Becos when i researched in google abt plateaus they told we nned to change our exercise routine.so i changed into aerobics.Even thought no loss in weight.I used to have the same diet.

Then on febraury ending i realized the fault.

The fault is i used to eat grilled chicken as on my diet.but from january i used to eat chicen fried with flour.Only this simple mistake i made and all stopped.Now again i'm on my same diet as bfore and another thing is i did not do any weight training...so i started doing weight training and also cardio as regular.5 days a week,

So i again loosing slowly 2 pound a week.But those 2 months

But those 2 months i didnt feel that i cant do anymore to reduce.I just kept myself motivated.and finally found the glitch in my diet and corrected it and again cooly i'm reducing...

I need to tell a joke now...
Before my parents used to scold me that i'm becoming fat and keep telling that do exercise and so...Now a days they are scolding me to not to reduce anymore and also saying u r becoming very thin and u r looking like a school boy,,,,its true freinds...

i'll also post my before and afte foto also....so u guys can find the difference.....

Finally i lost 25kgs till now and 12 inches off my wasit....
my goal is to come to 32 inches now on 33 inches.....so it may take 1 and a half month to go....

now i'm on 82kgs......and 33 inches waist.....as i have more of bone weight i dont look like 85kgs person.....i'm aiming to come to78kgs with 32 inches wait....
my goal 78kgs by june 31st 2008.....

Now i'm happy with my life and everyone seeing the difference....i'll be more happy if u people also get motivated....Thanq....

I don't blame you for liking biryani..lol. I love Indian food. I often put a biryani or vindaloo paste in my cooking. :)

Wow, and I thought I could be condescending.. you got me beat by a mile...

This is about the 5 or 6th time you've posted pictures with a poll asking if you're fat - What's the point of the poll? and each time you've deleted the thread because you didn't get the results you wanted, or thought people were confused, or just didnt get any responses...

Are you intending to join this community and participate?

Hi...yes i posted and kept on deleting....i'm asking u peole about my build is how others see me i mean as fat boy or etc....so last time i posted there are more of people sayung that i'm fat....so i reduced again...and i'm posting again.....u may say why bother abt others what they think of u....but its just my feeling how others see me...thats it...and sorry for bothering u...and thanx for everyone for their result on poll....
