My weight loss pics

I have 4 pics. In the red i am 240 and in the current pics I weighed 190.

at my highest weight i was 265 but i dont have a pic of it.

I still have a little bit of lowwer belly fat i want to get rid of but dont want to be too lean. Im 6'2'' and want to be 200 or 205 all muscle.

How do I get the abs.

good progress. You look lean now, and skinny. you should start eating a bit more, but dont overdo it so you just gain all your fat back, but a bit over maintence. And start weighttraining if you havent already. Search for "full body workout" on the forum and you should find tons of threads where there is alot of good advice.

See I am still doing the calorie deficit to get my ABS to POP!!!! if you want to call it that. I have lower ab pudge and want to get rid of it.

I am scared to eat more cuz From what i have heard you need a calorie deficit to burn the xccess body fat off..

AS of now I am working out everyother day and takin whey protien b4 and after workouts. I am runnin 20 mins after working out also.

Only problem is I do not want to be 170 to get my abs but if i have to get there and build to 200 i will. I want to look like the mens health model. hes about 200 205 all muscle.
