My weight loss journey

I am slightly on the side of being overweight so I had decided to lose some kilos.

1st April - Weight was 76kg and waist size 101.5 cm. I have been doing 200 times rope skipping and few minutes of breathing exercises two times a day. I have included oatmeal in my breakfast.

15th April - Weight is 75kg and waist size 100.5 cm. Still on the same routine.
