Well today was a good day in fact i think it was my best day in about 6 months. I started today with my goal to get to 180 pounds from 245 pounds in 2 and a half months. So here we go with my fight for fitness. If you dont know im 18 years old 245 pounds and sick of it i hate being over weight its miserable always thinking if i just lost some weight life would be easier but continuing to do nothing about it. So i start now 3/14/2013 with my exercising daily.
(Day 1) I woke up at 11:00Am about 4 hours after my alarm was set for. I had 2 eggs scrambled with a glass of milk. At 12:00Pm i left the house and began my walk using an android app called runkeeper not sure if any one else uses it but it tracks your walks/runs so you know your pace, distance, and time it took. My walk was 2.02 miles and took me 40 minutes keeping a consistent 19 minute and 30 sec per mile pass. When i returned from my walk i grabbed a golden delicious apple and a cup of water. I then did numerous different core, leg and arm exercises from another app on my phone that had me sweating like crazy. I took a shower and had a 6 inch cold cut sandwich from subway. I stood on the scale 10 mins ago and i way in at a 242.2 pounds.
I will post on here in the morning my starting day weight and then post another log at night with a night weight for my own records. But if your reading this let me know if you think its possible to lose the 65 pounds i want to in the 2 and a half months?
