Day 9. Tuesday, 17 March.
I'm down to 137.5 this morning. I can see how weight fluctuates from day to day and why it is recommended to only weigh once a week. As long as I know I'm within my calorie budget and an increased number on the scale doesn't necessarily mean I've gained weight, I won't freak out by a small increase on the scale.
Yesterday was AWESOME!!!! I did great planning my meals in advance and sticking to them. I taught my morning step class and then took a step/pump combo class in the evening, which was totally rockin'. I thought I would be sore today, but I'm not. My sodium was still high. I got my 3 fruits but only 2 veggies. I have another salad from last week, so today I will try adding that to get all my veggies.
This morning is triple step. I usually feel so great after that class because it is so fun and an awesome workout & calorie burner all in one.
