I checked it out man. Inspirational. I wish you the best. If I may suggest re loose skin. Of course it's different for different people, however there seems to be a lot of young people these days ending up with loose skin. Be sure to keep your nutritional intake as priority over supplementation and take it slow. Building muscle mass in conjunction with plenty of rest and again - nutrition as your main stay; will help avoid ending up with skin flaps.
Hydration is the other key - seek to keep hydrated through healthy soft watery foods like pineapples, water Mellons and so on. The more you use nutrition to fuel your body, the cleaner it will become and more efficient you will be able to stay hydrated whilst working out and building muscle.
I'm not a professional - but as an older person with body organs now somewhat limited, I have be researching hard into doing weight loss safely and for more long term results. I hear ya in your first vid, re the starving and sweet drinks - you mentioned how how the weight comes back. Exercise can end up being the same thing if one relys more on that, rather than nutrition.
But again - I don't really know and it's not my place to claim. I'm just giving you a few tips on the loose skin thing re Obese to beast. You got some cool links and also seem to have a lot of support.
You got a good composition for what you chasing. Just be patient and don't hit it too hard. Give your body time to adjust. I'm working on muscle mass and pretty much following the above advice. I've backed of running for power walking with nutrition as my new regime.
Thanks for the motivation dude. Came at a good time for me.
I started a thread here, but mostly hang elsewhere.
Hope to see you round.
