Hi everyone, im going to use this as my online diary, sort of for a bit of self motivation and also to show people that it can be done.
Im 29, 5ft3 and weigh 165 pounds, it hurts me to write that, in my early 20's i was slim and curvy and like most women, as we get older, we get more lazy, jobs get in the way of a healthy lifestyle etc and i quickly gained the weight
Im starting my new healthy lifestyle today and will keep this diary updated every week with my weight and how im feeling and also any tips, recipes ive discovered while searching around.
My friend is very much into fitness so im lucky to have someone who can provide me with so much valuable information. Im very confident at the moment and ready to ddo whatever needs to be done.
My goal is to get to 115 pounds by 2012
