Well i have been working out at the gym for about a week now. My goal is to lose about 40lbs. So far i haven't really lost to much, i went from 180 to 178 to 180 now i'm at 179. I have changed my diet to include more protine and cut out more unhealthy fats. I have always eaten pretty healthy, so this wasn't to hard for me. I have never really liked sweets like candy, doughnuts, ice cream ect. My downfalls are fatty foods like well, anything fried ect, oh and vodka lol.
But i think i'm doing pretty good. I am really out of shape and i am mostly trying to build up the time i can spend on cartio equiptment, but i'm also doing weight training to build up my muscle.
Here is a pic of my body, i'll try and get a new pic every so often to see if there is any differance.

Here is some stuff off fitday.com that i'm doing. I set my activity to "bed bound" only because it was saying i was burning like 2700 calories and that seemed like to much. Even with this new setting it still says i'm burning more calories than i'm eating. Guess we will see!
