Hey people! I'm Clare and this is going to be my diary! I will write in it at least once a day.
Here's a quiz!
1. What is your current height and weight?5'6, 275lb
2.If you were at an ideal weight now, what would that weight be? 120lb
3.What celebrity do you think has the perfect figure? Kristen Stewart
4.At what weight would you like to be at four months from now? 220lb
5. Why do you want to lose weight? I've wanted to lose weight for so many reasons. I find that I have very little self-esteem because of my weight. I also find that I don't feel healthy, I'm always so sluggish. I would love to walk into a shop and try on whatever I want and not worry about whether it will fit me.
6.Do you want to lose weight for a specific life event such as wedding or reunion? If so, when is that event? September, going back to school.
7. What obstacles could get between you and your weight loss goals? Keeping the motivation and determination going. Really just starting off is going to be the hardest.
8.Why do you think that you now have a weight problem? I think I have weight problems because I seem to eat whenever I'm upset and then that turns into just eating as a habit more than anything. I also make unrealistic goals, this I am going to change.
9.Would you try writing down all food and drink consumed for a given period of time? Yep
10.If you woke up tomorrow and your body was exactly the way you want it, what would be different? Oh gosh, what wouldn't change! I'd be more confident for a start. I would wear whatever I want to wear, I would feel pretty for the first time. I would be more kind to myself.
11.Do you eat when you are not hungry? Yes! I eat when I'm bored, when I'm sad, when I'm nervous ...really all the time.
12. Do you binge eat (large amounts at a time)? Yes All I do is binge eat. I don't eat normal amounts of food.
13.Where do you go for exercise? A local public gym? School/work gym? Home? Well I have a gym membership, I can go to classes just infront Of my house and I have things at my house to workout with.
14.What is your daily/weekly/monthly/yearly motivation to move towards your goals? I want to fit into my size 16 by 1st November. To et out of the plus size'
15.Do you have rewards for certain goals? Well my sister and I are doing a challenge to see who loses the most in July so she said If I lose more than her, she'll give me 40 euro
