Hey everyone.

Why is this so hard to write? I'm starting at 206, and I want to be 150 next May when I get married. I was an athlete in high school, gained weight, lost 50 pounds three years ago -- and gained all but 10 pounds back. I'm ready to change my life , eating habits, get an exercise routine, and stick with it. I want to be healthy.

I am embarrassed to write 206. I hope it goes away quickly -- but I know this will be a journey. I am going to record what I eat, and what I do exercise wise each day. I am not even looking for wedding dresses yet until I get this weight OFF of me!

I hope to learn from you guys out there --- I am so impressed by this website and all of the knowledge in it!

dont be nervous! be excited :) you're doing a really great thing for yourself. you can totally do it! we're about the same, give or take. ill be here to support you :)
