Hey everyone, im from london England.

Im a male in my 20's, i have been "dieting" from 2 weeks.

I am not dieting by the scales. I am going by size. so instead of jumpsing on the scales once a week, i will measure myself,

I am doing this as i want to set myself Size targets to where i want to be and not weight targets, if that makes sence.

I am 6ft tall and want to get to a 32-34 stomach.

Anyway. I measured myself on the 6th September
NECK 17''
CHEST 47
STOMACHE 50.5
UNDER HIPS (where i wear my jeans) 43
SEAT 44
THIGHS 32

So i measured myself today on the 15th september
NECK 16.5'' Loss of 0.5''
CHEST 45 loss of 2''
STOMACHE 47 loss of 3.5''
UNDER HIPS (where i wear my jeans) 42'' loss of 1''
SEAT 43 loss of 1''
THIGHS 27 loss of 5''

I have changed my eating habbits, and drinking habbits, and have been exercising like mad.

I even refused a t bone steak today :drool5: :banghead:
