My weight loss diary

I am so close to my dream figure, but my weight has not gone down in quite a while. I eat healthy, being a vegetarian I need to make sure I get certain things through my diet, that most people (who eat meat) don't have to worry about. I think my problem is portion sizes, soft drinks, night time snacking and therefore taking more calories in than I burn. So this is what I will do:

I will try to cut down my calorie intake and increase exercise.
I will start jazzercise next week and from this day forward make sure that I don't eat more than 1500 calories.
No more soft drink, more water and teas.
Pre-packing meals and fruit snacks to cut down portions.
Sleep 7-9 hours every night.
Won't eat 3 hours before going to bed.
Have a positive attitude toward myself and this process.
Won't let slow weight loss get me down.

If anyone out there reading this has any tips or advice, just let me know, I'm all ears.
 
:) Hey there! I am new but I have had my fair share of ups and downs in weight loss. If you have not tried it already switch up your exercise program, if you do the same thing all the time at the gym or wherever then your body gets use to that amount of energy being burnt. I really enjoyed Cardio Kickboxing and it burned a lot of calories.
