my weight loss diary from 183 to 118

183 to 118 before and after pics (fell off now im back on track)

well im not here for really no one to read this unless they want to....im here so i can vent on myself and get it all out...im 29 yrs old with three kids three boys at that lol... i had them all back to back they r 2 4 6 yrs old... after my third one i decided to loose weight and i worked out for 2 yrs now... i did have great results and or some reason i stopped working out... everyone said i was too skinny that i need to gain weight so i listened to them and now i feel horrible i wouldnt mind gaining some weight just not belly lol... now im stuck in a rut of what to do... i weigh 119 now and my belly came back... my problem is i dont know how to eat and whats good for working out or whats not or what proteins r good either...i also try to talk to some people on here and they dont respond u would think that if u look up to someone and they get the fact that your complimenting them they would feel so good they would help you but that not the case im usually ignored so now here is my last resort im gonna try this diary stuf and see how this works lol....well imma post my before pic which is from now and start all over again...i do think my belly is a lil bit bigger today though my sister keeps pointing it out lol:banghead::banghead:

the ones below are now since i fell off but now im going again and using them as before pics hopefully i didnt lose much but im here to get tone all over again

ok im on my way to go pick up some kids to babysit and i swear when i get homw im gonna eat a healthy lunch and workout i swear i am i am iam lolol i will post my workout when i get home
 
You do not look like you need to lose any weight to me. And, your stomach looks amazing for someone who has had three children in 4 years! Yes, you could benefit from working out...who couldn't?...but you sure don't look like you need to be losing more weight, IMO. Some resistance training would help your body firm up.

i agree!! you look great! i wish i could offer some advice on healthy eating but im still trying to work on that myself.
 
Sheesh woman you look gr8!

And your tum does not look fat to me. If you're really worried about it, just do some sit-ups, cos the rest of you looks fab. :)
 
wow if i only seen myself the way you guys doo i would feel like a super star lol but seriously its such motivation to hear the way other people feel especially when they dont know you cs they will tell the truth lol but i thank you all for the compliments and hers for all who wants to know im 5'2 almost 5'3 i weigh 117 t0 12o i fluctuate ... but also i have this issue when i pms i feel humungus lol i i even spell it right lol...
 
ok so for breakfast i didnt get a chance to eat anything lol
or lunch i had a banana and watermelon and water
for dinner i had tilapia 100 cals and some greenbeans 50 calories
and a cup of coffee pro 100 cals for snack i had sunchips like 120 cals


i worked out with the video denise austin boot camp for 45 mins

I sure hope you are planning on eating something else today...because you sure haven't eaten near enough calories! I am your height and weight and am eating around 1500 cals. each day to maintain. If I am adding correctly, you have only eaten around 450-500 calories today thus far! You will soon put your body into starvation mode at that rate!
 
ok well im bout to post a very important detail about me and im not doing for any bad remarks or anything im doing it cause this is my diary and i need to get it out... i was bulimic ater having my third son and then stopped the bulimia after 1 1/2 yrs then went to watching everything i ate for 1 yr now im tring to recover and its hard i dont know how to but i need to....if anyonw knows anything about this stuff lemme know... the reason i decided to write this is cause reality hit me when i saw the post is that all your gonna eat your gonna go into starvation mode... so now to add lol i went and ate a pb and j snadwhich... my mother died in 2004 at 89 lbs from anorexia and purging and drugs and no i dont do drugs at all... but i do follow in the other steps and im scared its to late to turn around.. i dont want to die i have three beautiful boys i live for and i wont let this happen to our family but is 2 1/2 yrs of doing it to lateeeee did i already set my boys up for an early loss of their mother( please lord i pray not) im here to get help not criticism.... im open bout it cause im ready for help... see thats why i feel fat now cause my stomach is always bloated im just so confused on how to do this the right healthy way one day i will figure this all out and hopefully it wont be to latae... i would see a nutritionist or doctor about all this but now days its all bout money or nuttin so i resort to this depending on people i dont even know.... well like i said please pass no judgement on me ... im a very nice person just fell in the wrong hole in life thats takin me down and im just tring to climb back out

I wish I could help you more, I'm reading a good book right now, and it talks alot about those types of things. Dr.phil's 7 keys to weight loss....I think it will help you.

If you're not happy for who you are, no matter how much weight you lose you will never feel good about yourself. It's about changing yourself from the inside out.

Props to you get getting it off of your chest and HUGE props for seeking help :hurray: ...even if it's with strangers :)

I think there will be limited things you can find online to help you and if you are seriously set on getting help then you should DEFIANTLY go to the doctor now matter what it costs....your life if PRICELESS!!

On the other hand, I know I've read some where in this forum about other people who have had or still have the same thing you do...perhaps you could start there and read their experiences and see if it's something you can get tips/help from....if not please go to a doctor!!
 
Oh, wow, you look amazing! You give me hope as to what I may nearly look like around my goal weight, since we are the same height. The only thing I could suggest is that you tone up your body if your not happy with it, you don't really need to lose much if any weight. One word of caution, don't go below 105lbs, any lower would be nearing an unhealthy BMI for our height. There are threads about how to gain muscle on here, try doing a search. Also, I was bulimic when I was a teenager, so I can understand where your coming from with that, I'm sure others can too, and good for you for getting that off your chest. Best of luck to you!
 
to all it means alot to me knowing how much you care and not be sarcastic about my situation i was scared to post but you know what you have to get it out no matter what...and im so glad to be able to post my pics and have people be motivated by me :hurray: even though i may have done it the wrong way in the beginning i been doing it the right way for 6 months now and havent gained anything back i jus stopped working out as much and got flab back but im back in action ready to go and hope to post future exciting pics and i hope you will all stay to do the same with me god bless


so far its 8 47 am i have a migraine why i dont know...my body is aching cs i worked out last night for the first in a long time yayayay it felt so good my esteem is feeling better already...

for breakfeast i had cheerios with 1% milk and coffee so about 300 cals

i do plan on working out today after my headache goes away

or lunch i had chicken breast from can with tbls of canola oil mayo and pepper with 8 wheat crackers for snack had a special k bar


already did
30 push ups
10 pull ups
100 sit ups(diff ones)
30 back raises
120 leg raises

when i get home i will do my 40 min cardio / strength excersises with denise austin boot camp

i will be goign on vaca on sun till aug 8th to universal orlando and im hoping to be able to keep up the healthy eating please pray for me i will have my comp when i have my down time i will be checkin in
 
woo hoo just did my 40 min cardio strength session felt so good now im gonna relax and drink some coffee


my mother in law cooked some good dinner im proud of myself i didnt indulge into it i ate just enough to be satisfied my calorie intake for the day was 1560
 
You do look really great, and working out always makes people feel better in the long run. I agree you dont look like you need to lose weight. And self esteem help in any form is always a bonus. congratz to you to getting where you are, every little thing matters!

Keep up the good work :)
 
Great Job woman!!! I completely feel for you and your struggles. The fact of the matter is like you said....YOU ARE DOING THIS now...and doing it correctly. We are what we eat right!?!?!....:D~~~
