My weight listings.

I weighed myself, and I've lost about a pound since last week, I'm back to 136,6 kilo.
Now, let's keep up the good work.
 
Today, 135.9. That's probably because I wore less while weighing today, I'm gonna weigh wearing as little as possible from now on.
Yesterday was a cheat day, though. I think that with the clothes I had on during my last weighing, I'm about as heavy as I was.
 
Down, down, down it goes. Where it stops, nobody knows!

Damn, weighing in with positive results (or should that be negative results?) is fun.

Not a lot, but I managed to lose some weight over the holidays (despite eating my fill of delicious foods).

But this morning I weighed 134.7. I ate too much yesterday, though, so that's bound to be the reason.
 
Just remember that when you weigh yourself daily, or even every other day, you're going to see a fluctuation. That's normal. With that small of an amount, It could just be water weight. Don't let it get to ya! :)
 
I'm not letting it get to me.
I went to get a shot today, and when I told the nurse how much I weighed, she mentioned how it's not very visible (I'm rather tall), and then I could proudly tell her how much I'd already lost in my diet. And later, the lady of the fried fish stand on the market asked me how my diet was going, and again I could talk about the success I'm having with it. Conversations like that are very motivating.
 
133.4 Today.
That means I lost about two pounds this week, which is not a bad result.
That's the last weighing of the year for me, and it's a good weight loss result again.
