My way to 121

Hey all :)

My name is Anastasia I'm 25 and i live in Russia. So sorry for my poor English - hope it won't cause the communication problems.

I seek for support and motivation from the people who have already won their fight with excess weight.
I'm still on the battlefield. I started gaining weight when i was 18, i had hepatitis virus which damaged my liver a bit, so i gained about 33 lb (15 kg) in couple of month without any changes in eating habits.
At 20 i became 154 lb (70 kg). That was the trigger.

For the last 5 years i've been on every diet that i could find:i was vegetarian for 3 years, i was on high protein diet (w/o carbohydrates), dont know why we call it "Kremlin diet", Montignac method diet, thousands of express-diets ...
Everything worked, but none of the results lasted long.

Now i'm starting a new project in my life - i want to meet New Year being 121 lb (55 kg)


My current parameters are
143 lb (65 kg)
5'7 inches (175cm)

So 22 lb to go. Wish me luck )

My work out schedule for a week is:
6 hours of yoga
1 hour of pump
sometimes swimming

My today's photo is in attachment. I'll try to picture myself once a week as a motivation to work out better )
 
Hey welcome to the forum!
Your exercise plan sounds good, as long as you eat healthily I'm sure you'll see great results. Don't think of it as a diet anymore, think of it as a lifestyle change :)
