Positive Thoughts !!!!!! 
I am hoping that my body's adjusted a bit to the exercise now and that I wont end up getting heavier again with more muscle. Hopefully lol.Thanks guys.

Yeh I'm convinced that's the problem, as I've been really good later but I'm working really hard in my classes (which have a LOT of toning, weights, squats, etc in them and I can feel are building my muscles a lot)Well done Tutti! Would love to be at your weight now!
I'm thinking the muscle weighs morethan fat thing is the cause of my slow loss on scales too!
Today has gone ok food wise. Had pasta bake tonight for dinner and it was loveeeeely, managed to stop without going back for more and making myself too full though.
Tonight I went to aquafit which I enjoyedI got there 25 mins early so that I could have a little swim before it started. I got in 14 lengths. So overall better for me than if I'd sat at home watcing TV all evening!!
Step aerobics tomorrow.xx
Well things are good. No scales progress but can feel I'm still making progress... strange, but I'm convinced I'm slimmer and just don't weigh any less!!
