Thanks guys. :)

Well today I weigh in at 184.8... so it looks like the scales are finally on the move again. :hurray: I am hoping that my body's adjusted a bit to the exercise now and that I wont end up getting heavier again with more muscle. Hopefully lol.

Feeling hood for the exercise :) even though it hasn't translated to lost lbs it has really made me feel more energetic and healthier and my legs, arms, middle all feel much more toned already. I can't believe what a difference it's made, although I suppose the classes are quite intensive.

I have paid for a membership class now so can do all the classes I fancy without worrying about the mounting cost. I also have access to the gym and pool so will make use of that soon.

Congrats on getting the scale to move in your favor!! Keep up the good work. We are about the same weight and have similar goals so I will try to follow your progress from now on. Happy St. Patrick's Day!

I'm thinking the muscle weighs morethan fat thing is the cause of my slow loss on scales too!

Yeh I'm convinced that's the problem, as I've been really good later but I'm working really hard in my classes (which have a LOT of toning, weights, squats, etc in them and I can feel are building my muscles a lot)



Well things are good. No scales progress but can feel I'm still making progress... strange, but I'm convinced I'm slimmer and just don't weigh any less!! This week I'm trying to make an even bigger effort on the food front, lighter meals etc to see if that makes any difference.

In the mean time every class I do at the gym I can feel I'm fitter which is a good feeling!! My friend and I did our back to back classes on Monday, bums n tums followed by kick aerobics (one which I still find hard work!) didn't go last night as the weather was AWFUL but hopefully get back into it this evening!!

Today has gone ok food wise. Had pasta bake tonight for dinner and it was loveeeeely, managed to stop without going back for more and making myself too full though.

Tonight I went to aquafit which I enjoyed :) I got there 25 mins early so that I could have a little swim before it started. I got in 14 lengths. So overall better for me than if I'd sat at home watcing TV all evening!!

Step aerobics tomorrow. :) xx

Awesome job all around! Portion control is STILL something I struggle with, so that shows a lot that you made the conscious decision to stop and let the food catch up!

Feel free to pat yourself on the back for going to that swimming class. Much MUCH better than watching anything on TV. Great effort!

I know how this feels!! and it's good but annoying at the same time. I'm sure you'll lose soon if you keep it consistent!! good luck :)
 
I've had that same feeling, where I feel like I'm thinner but the scale didn't budge! Ah well, at least you feel that way! Hehe... the scale will move eventually so don't worry about it! Maybe you need to change up your workout and give the body a bit of a challenge?! Who knows!
