Weight loss is not just a slope; more like steps where we lose, stop, lose, stop, etc. If only we could lose it overnight!!!Have you seen a doc about your knees yet? Glad to know you are walking rather than running. When my joints were really troubling me I started regularly drinking apple cider vinegar, which is supposed to help with acidity. It worked for me, but I don't know if there is any legitimate science to it. Motrin might also help!
