My supplement review

I'm currently competing in the biggest loser contest at my local gym. I figured I would give a quick review of some of the supplements I am taking. I know I always enjoy reading reviews from normal people. Hope it helps.

1. N30 pre-workout from gnc. $$$$ 50 bucks - I picked up this product because the lady at GNC advised me that it would help me out with muscle endurance. I have had a problem with my muscles tiring out long before my lungs do so I figured I would give it a shot. N30 is pitched with the popular
No2 product. The lady didnt try to sell me No2 though. She said the N30 would serve my purposes.
Verdict: This product sucks! I got ripped. I'm too damn gullable! I have noticed very little difference while using it and that difference is not worth the trade offs. Tastes horrible! Acidic! 16 servings for 50 bucks.
Live and learn I guess

2. Instone Leanfire 120 capsules $$$$ 26 bucks. I picked up this product to help me burn more calories while I'm working out.
Verdict: Really good product. I sweat buckets when I use it. I haven't noticed any side effects(such as sleeplessness).

3. CLA 11 bucks- a lot of normal people praised it so I bought it
Verdict: out

Thats it. I must say that the biggest difference I've noticed is from my vitamins. I have felt much better mentally and physically since I began taking my vitamins. I used to box. I was in shape but I would sink like a stone after every workout. I attribute that to a vitamin deficiancy because now I am horribly out of shape yet I do not sink after a workout. I dont need a nap right away anymore. In fact the exact opposite is happening. It energizes me!
With that in mind, here is a list of the vitamins I am taking.
Mega Man multi-vitamin, 1000 c, 800 e, b6, b12, selenium, fish oil omega 3 & 6, flax seed oil, calcium, beta carotene, A & D, folic acid, and biotin.

So I take all that crap. Maybe I overdo it a bit, but I feel great.

I'm also taking creatine ester something and glutomine for muscle recovery. Have noticed less pain the day after.

Gawd I hate how GNC tries to sell people on worthless crap. $50 would buy me lots of cottage cheese and eggs.

Take the nitric booster back. You're good with creatine, protein, vitamin, fish oil.

What gym are you at?

I'm at Sooner Fitness. Pretty decent gym. Nothing too fancy. No pool or hot tub. I like it that way though. Less people! Fewer distractions!

L-glutamine is also useless, so quite buying it. Science has only shown it to have an effect on burn victims, cancer patients, and AIDS patients.

You're correct about that first product being a waste as well.

the Leanfire caps....might be ok, depending on how much you paid. $30 for a bottle that lasts over a month is about right for a fat burner...which is what leanfire is.

I didnt know that about glutomine Malkore. Thanks for the info.
ps: NERF LOCKS!:D

My gym is in Norman evolution. I hate going to the city.
