My supplement cabinet

The obesity rate is so high that we are actually going down in average life expectancy, but it's still way way higher than anything our ancestors had.

The issue is, if you want better progress, you supplement -- or fork over tons of time and cash to get the same effect.

Sadie, if she did in fact die mysteriously...how does equate to "death by supplementation"?
 
well where i live the average age rate is dropped from 100plus to 50 years for males and 35 to 50 for women maybe its not true for sttes.

I doubt that LE number very much. Where do you live?

I get that show, but it still doesn't answer any questions. You said she "died mysteriously". Well, if it's a mystery, what does it have to do with supplements? Besides, that's probably an inaccurate comparison, anyway. Most of us take only supps like protein on a regular basis (as well as water soluable vitamin supps). And as Evo stated, specific supps are for specific occasions.

I also highly doubt that this woman was on gainers, creatine, NO2, etc.

My cabinet contains,
dextrose, protein isolate, glutamine, fish oil, CCE powder and creatine momo caps, sports multi vit, caffiene pills, ephedrine, BCAA's and some weider crash weight gain that got sent to me by mistake.

Here's mine: first some whey; cocos, chocolate, strawberry and banana, and that white bucket has maltodextrin in it.

I replace some of the malto with dextrose in some shakes - just to sweeten it :) , creatine, one-a-day multivitamin/mineral, vitamin-C, choco mint whey, ALA, Inositol, Zink, the big white in the back is creatine aswell, caffeine in 100 and 200mg tabs, and even I have Omega-3 sometimes ;) if I for whatever reason havent eaten properly..

normally I eat a lot of this tho yum! :)
